The Annual Orientation and Update is approaching. This year we’re VIRTUAL. Participating judges will detail what they look for from service providers and offer tips to improve work product. Attorneys will address the continuing evolution of presumptive 50%-50% parenting time orders versus Best Interest standards. Ethical updates regarding telepractice for mental health providers will be discussed.
